Julie Ruder is employed as a Corporate Quality Assurance Manager for Bay Valley Foods and is located out of Portland, Oregon. Ruder has recently been appointed to a ten person team who will roll out an ERP system to Bay Valley Foods sixteen manufacturing facilities representing Quality Assurance and Research and Development.

Ruder received her Bachelors of Science degree in Food Science and Technology from Oregon State University. She has been active in local, regional and national IFT for many years as well as other organizations related to food manufacturing.
