What do you feel you can contribute to the growth and advancement of IFT?
IFT’s strength comes from its diversity of membership and the commensurate passion for all things food.  I have had the good fortune to experience much of that diversity first hand throughout my career in the food industry, at IFT and now at FDA. Furthermore, I share that passion and wish to couple that with my experiences to promote the spirit of global collaboration as we work together to find creative approaches that ensure the safety, quality and sustainability of the food supply while elevating the profile of food science and technology.
