Before you apply…do you have…

  • A Bachelor’s of Science Degree or higher (in food science or concentration, related science, or global equivalent), plus
  • 15 or more years of full-time experience in food science post-bachelor degree, which may include post-doctoral work, or assistantship work (calculated at 50%).

If so, you’re eligible to apply for the CFS certification under the One Time Alternative Assessment program. This opportunity is only available through January 18, 2013.
