Program Description

Department of Food Science and Technology has 45 faculties, two of which are academicians of Chinese Academy of Engineering. The approved program confers Bachelor degree of Food Science and Technology. 

Our teachers have always been endeavoring to foster students by providing high quality face-to-face classroom instruction, hands-on lab experiments, online teaching modules and real workplace internship in order to prepare students to work in food industries, government agencies or continue to study in graduate school with IFT core competencies.  The goal is to better the Chinese food production and increase peoples’ well-being by providing high caliber graduates to the society.
