Kancor America, a division of Kancor Ingredients Ltd., has recently hired Jeff Rotondi as Applications Manager. He will lead all application and proactive concept development initiatives and will also be based in Piscataway, N.J. Rotondi is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and holds an M.S. in food science from Kansas State University. Prior to joining Kancor he worked at Takasago Flavors. Rotondi is a member of the Institute of Food Technologists.
