Gold Coast Ingredients has hired Mariano Gascon to join its Research and Development team as Senior Director of New Products and Innovation. Gascon is a Certified Flavor Chemist and is a Past President of the Society of Flavor Chemists. Along with these achievements, he is also a member of both the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) and the American Association of Candy Technologists (AACT). Gascon is known globally for his expertise in the flavor and ingredient industry, with more than 20 years of experience in the industry.
