  1. How did you get your start in the food industry?
    I began my career at the Wrigley company testing ingredients in their analytical lab.

  2. What do you love about your job?
    Each day is different. Our regulatory team manages many different regulations providing us with many different challenges each and every day!

  3. What is the biggest challenge that you face in your job?
    Our biggest challenge is data management.

  4. What have you learned or been exposed to in the past 12 months that has helped you in your job?
    Networking in professional organizations like IFT, FEMA, and IFRA helps us stay current in the changing and challenging world of regulatory.

  5. How do you see the food industry evolving over the coming year?
    I see more interest in natural and organic products.

  6. Fun Fact: What’s your favorite food?
    Grilled salmon.
