Which class should I take?
Hello, IFT community!
This coming fall I have the option of taking a Fruit/Veg. Processing class or Food Processing of Muscle Foods. Both classes seem to be really interesting, and the professors teaching these classes are also great. In Fall I'll be in my junior year. My question is, which class would be the best, or most useful to take? I also do not have a preference on learning about the processing of meats, fruits, or vegetables. I'm passionate about food in general, and right now I do not have a goal to learn about the processing of a food in specific.
