Publications on Prebiotics

The published literature on prebiotics (listed below) primarily focusses on non-digestible carbohydrates.  It covers a wide range of topics — from physiochemical structure to potential health benefits of naturally occurring, isolated or commercially prepared non-digestible carbohydrates with prebiotic properties.  However, it is not an exhaustive list of all the publications on non-digestible carbohydrates with potential prebiotic properties.
