Approved Undergraduate Programs

The universities listed here have food science and technology departments or programs that offer curricula and options that the IFT Higher Education Review Board has determined meet the IFT Undergraduate Education Standards for Degrees in Food Science. Students enrolled in these programs are eligible to apply for IFT Scholarships .

Many of these departments also offer curricular options that do not meet the Education Standards. Students enrolled in those options are not eligible . The following list gives only the eligible options. The list is under continual review by the IFT Higher Education Review Board and changes each year.

This list applies only to Undergraduate Scholarships. Graduate Scholarship applicants may attend any school conducting fundamental investigation for the advancement of food science and technology.

Only students enrolled in an IFT-Approved Undergraduate Program are eligible to apply for an undergraduate Feeding Tomorrow scholarship.
