This webcast provides a basic overview from experienced food bloggers of the current food blog landscape as well as provide tips and tools for food scientists to follow blogs and begin blogging themselves. Specific food blogs will be shown as examples of the vast resources available through established quality blogs and networks. An outline of the time frame needed to establish a blog will be provided to help you understand the time commitment and dedication involved in establishing and maintaining a successful food blog.
