Danielle E. Barbaro Senior Scientist Pepsi-Cola Co
Danielle Barbaro is the Director of Global Cola Innovation Product Development for PepsiCo. She has worked at PepsiCo for over 10 years in various roles in Cola and the Gatorade and Energy drink divisions. Prior to this she was at Kraft/Nabisco supporting the Milk-bone and Biscuit brands. She holds an under graduate degree in Nutrition and Food Science from University of Delaware and a Masters in Food Science from Rutgers.
Jackie Rose Seibel Rsrch Sci Schreiber Foods
Jackie Seibel is a Research Scientist with Schreiber Foods. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Food Science from the University of Minnesota and her Master’s degree in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin. While in college, Jackie was very active in IFTSA activities – including product development, college bowl, and the student board. She has been working with Schreiber Foods for over a year now and has enjoyed her transition from student to professional.
