Our March meeting will be centered around two things we Food Scientists love the most... BEEF AND BEER!
Len Pasquale, owner of Fields of Grace Farm will be our speaker during dinner. He will educate us on his grass fed beef operation, and how he has become a high quality supplier to local restaurants. Our meeting will take place at Bocktown Beer and Grill, located in the Beaver Valley Mall next to Macy's. You will be amazed by their beer selection. They have sixteen ever-rotating American Craft Beers on tap, and over 400 bottle choices in the "Beer Library." Bocktown will be hosting a beer tasting that evening from Finch's Beer Co. between 6-8pm. You will be able to sample from this Chicago based brewery. website: http://www.bocktown.com/ Appetizers and drinks will start at 6pm. Speaker and dinner will start approximately at 6:45. You will be able to choose from 5 dinner options upon checkout. Your ticket price includes dinner, 2 drinks, and dessert.
Reminder that we pay for the number of RSVP's, not the number that actually attends. Any no shows will be charged for the meeting. If you are unable to attend after registering, please let us know at your earliest convenience and we will make every attempt to refund your ticket price.
