    Leveraging Consumer Research for Product Claims Substantiation
    This course is designed to explain best practices for making a sensory advertisement claim for a consumer product. It will explore testing protocols and design principles for a competitive and non-competitive claim, and explain the difference between “puffery” and legitimate advertising claims. It will also give a clear overview for how to test products to build a solid defensible sensory claim that can withstand a legal challenge.
