Topical and Systemic Anti-Inflammatory Properties of HIDROX® (Olivenol® Plus+): a Proprietary Formulation of Hydroxytyrosl Derived from the Juice of Organic Olives 
Since the introduction into the marketplace of HIDROX® by CreAgri, Inc. in 2005, numerous pre- and clinical studies around the world suggest that olive polyphenols, especially hydroxytyrosl, may have an important role in the management of many human conditions characterized by chronic inflammation. Recent findings on the mechanism of hydroxytyrosol suggest that it may act via signaling pathways and in particular as potent gene expression modulator of the cellular pathway NFkB and its associated Transcription Factors.
