About the Speaker:
Dr. Mike Antinone is a senior R&D manager of Connected Innovation at General Mills, and is part of the General Mills Worldwide Innovation Network. He has 15 years of experience in the food industry, and is currently leading General Mill’s new Innovation Entrepreneur Community. Dr. Antinone has also worked at The Pillsbury Company and at Abbott Nutrition. He received his bachelor’s degree in food science and technology from the University of California at Davis, and his master’s and doctorate in food science from Cornell University. Dr. Antinone is the author of four published papers and a patent.
