Dr. A. Elizabeth Sloan is president of Sloan Trends, Inc., and contributing editor, Food Technology magazine. She is the former editor-in-chief of McCall's magazine, director of the Good Housekeeping Institute, and assistant editor-in-chief of Good Housekeeping magazine. She served as senior vice president and international director of Food and Nutrition for Hill and Knowlton, Inc. Public Relations. She has received two John W. Hill Awards for the Kraft General Foods Fat-Free Communications program and the Wendy’s International Inc. R.D. Thomas platform. She also served as editor-in-chief of Cereal Foods World and Cereal Chemistry, and was the first scientific director of the American Association of Cereal Chemists. Dr. Sloan has appeared on numerous radio and television program.
