Award Description: Honors an individual who has provided significant, early-career research contributions that advance the science of food.
Award: $3,000 honorarium and a crystal award from IFT
Criteria & Eligibility: Nominees must, by July 1 of the year the award is presented, have received their highest degree within the previous 10 years. Examples of significant contributions include, but are not limited to, new methodologies/processes, competencies, manuscripts, patents, transferred technologies, and/or commercial products.
