Testimonials:

“I have had the honor to serve in various elected leadership positions within both the Biotechnology and Nonthermal Processing Divisions.  Joining the IFT Board of Directors feels like a natural extension of my Division leadership experiences.  Being on the Board has been a fulfilling experience as I have the opportunity to work with a globally diverse team of Board members and IFT staff, to serve and contribute to an organization that has given me so much, and it has been a lot of fun!” – Cindy Stewart, IFT President 2017-2018

“Being on the board has been a wonderful experience and I've learned a lot along the way! I've met some great people and been able to influence the direction of the organization.  If you are passionate about the mission of the organization and willing to work hard I encourage you to put your name forward. We need a diverse leadership that reflects different member experiences.” – John Coupland, IFT President 2016-2017

"Volunteers enjoy the experience of working with others and giving back; it is part of the challenge. Serving on the IFT Board of Directors expands the degree of satisfaction because IFT activities affect so many people in a positive manner in so many ways." – Dallas Hoover, IFT Board of Directors, 2013-2016
