Eighteen officials and researchers from the Hubei Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention in China visited IFT’s Chicago office. IFT Executive Vice President Barbara Byrd Keenan and Dr. Janet Zhang, IFT’s Director of Food Safety Programs, discussed IFT’s mission as well as food laws and regulations that have international implications.
