“As an employer looking for people from time to time, I think the CFS is a great opportunity to say that from an independent source these people have the capabilities to meet my needs and will be able to perform in that position. It’s a great way to help screen employees to see if they actually have that strong science background to be able to help deliver in the position I’m looking to fill.”

“In one word—credibility. It’s guaranteed that CFS-certified professionals are up-to-date, and are committed to research, quality, standards, laws, nutrition, food trends, and most importantly—continuing education. It’s doesn’t matter where you live, food quality has to be a common language. The commitment and the passion to process—and to give our customers the very best—requires that we are certified.”
