Brad runs the applications laboratory for The NutraSweet Company in Chicago Illinois, which focuses primarily on sweetener blending in different beverage systems. Brad has been working in this capacity for NutraSweet for about three and half years. Brad joined the company in the summer of 2004 after completing his B.S. in Food Science from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Since starting his professional career Brad has also completed a Masters degree in Food Science from the university's distance education program. He is a member of the The Institute of Food Technologists, International Society of Beverage Technologists and The Association for Chemoreception Sciences.
