Membership Information
The Aquatic Food Products Division of the Institute of Food Technologists
is composed of food scientists and technologists, research managers, government
regulators, seafood industry partners, and educators dealing with all aspects
of seafood processing, and federal and state regulations relevant to processing,
shipping and storage of fish and shellfish products.
