Food-Law Listserv Listservs are automated mailing lists and messages come to you via e-mail. The Food Laws and Regulations Division maintains two listservs. "Issues" Listserv provides a forum for the discussion of issues relating to food laws and regulations. To Join:

Ted Labuza, an IFT Past President, Division Past Chair, and Food Science Professor at the University of Minnesota, is the Listserv Manager for the “Issues” Listserver. Questions about it may be directed to him by e-mail at tplabuza@tc.umn.edu “Administrative” listserv is used to distribute newsletters, election details and ballots, and related administrative information. Over time, it the intent of the Division to conduct most of its business through the Administrative listserv; however, paper copies of important information will continue to be delivered to those who do not have an e-mail address or who prefer to receive them by mail. Each Division Member with an e-mail address on file with IFT in the IFT Membership Directory has been added to this new listserv. To Join:

Tom Trezza at Frito Lay is the listserv manager for the "Administrative" listserv. He can be contacted by e-mail at Thomas.A.Trezza@fritolay.com and he will add or remove your name from the listserver distribution list, as you may request. Last updated: December 08, 2002
