 | Food and Drug Law Institute
- The Food and Drug Law Institute (FDLI) is a nonprofit, educational organization
founded in 1949. Its mission is to promote an understanding of the laws, regulations, and
policies affecting the public health aspects of foods; drugs; cosmetics; medical devices;
biological products; and veterinary medical products. This is accomplished through
conferences and workshops; publications; audio and videotapes; and educational programs
that support the teaching of food and drug law.

Information Council - The International Food Information Council (IFIC) Foundation
is a 501(c)(3) educational foundation designed to enhance consumer's abilities to make
informed food choices by developing and supporting informational and educational programs
on food safety, nutrition and health. The Foundation supports the overall goals of IFIC
through its philanthropic and educational programs. Information
available includes scientific research, informational materials, graphics, and other
information on a broad range of food issues. Some highlights include tips for teachers and
consumers; a section containing information for reporters; answers to frequently asked
food-related questions; and results from recent Gallup surveys.
