Who are we?
The Nonthermal Food Process Division of the Institute of Food Technologists is composed of scientists, technologists, research managers, government scientists, students, and educators working with or interested in nonthermal technologies in processing foods. The Division was established in 1999 and operates according to approved By-Laws. This division is one of the newest IFT divisions.
