This year's theme is, "Flavor as a Multi-Sensory Experience." Attendees will experience how each sense -- scent, memory, sight, sound, and emotion, contribute to a product. Sessions will cover technical, commercial, and marketing topics, while focusing on future product development.
Flavor Chemist, Jorge Piedad, will discuss how two flavors can look identical, but taste very different.
Applications Manager, Paulina Martinez will explore color and texture.
Account Manager, Eduardo Villagomez, will discuss multi-sensory branding and how it helps to establish an emotional connection between a brand and the consumer.
