Citromax, a manufacturer of citrus oils, juice extracts, and flavorings, has appointed Suzy Nolan as its new Vice President of Commercial Operations. The announcement was made by Citromax President Vivian Glueck, who stated that Nolan’s expertise, management skills, and knowledge of the industry will make her an invaluable asset to the company and clientele. Nolan will be in charge of sales of lemon juice concentrate and IQF blueberry to the global market and will also be responsible for global, strategic essential oil procurement, and special projects. Prior to joining Citromax, Nolan worked at Lionel Hitchen USA as General Manager. Nolan is a member of the Institute of Food Technologists.
