AIDP, Magceutics receive patent for magnesium L-threonate

AIDP Inc., the exclusive distributor of Magtein magnesium L-threonate, has announced that Magceutics has been granted U.S. patent for Magtein’s magnesium compositions and its use for magnesium-containing food compositions (Patent 8,178,132).

AIDP Inc., the exclusive distributor of Magtein magnesium L-threonate, has announced that Magceutics has been granted U.S. patent for Magtein’s magnesium compositions and its use for magnesium-containing food compositions (Patent 8,178,132).

The patent, titled “Magnesium-containing food compositions”, is the first U.S. patent awarded from seven ongoing patent applications, including international rights for magnesium L-threonate. This patent protects Magtein’s magnesium compositions and its use for any magnesium L-threonate-containing food compositions. This encompassing broad stroke patent covers all food and beverage formats.
