Chef Michael McGrealHis love for rescuing animals in distress led Chef Michael McGreal to veterinary school, but his campus job in foodservice guided him to his true calling—culinary. Now Culinary Arts Department Chair at Joliet Junior College, McGreal hammers his students with skills they will need in the restaurant world. He also works with the Michelle Obama Chefs Move to Schools campaign to impart knowledge on how delicious and nutritious vegetables and fruits can be to local elementary grade children.
