Whole milk yogurt ditches added sugar
siggi’s, maker of Icelandic-style yogurt, has debuted a new line of whole milk, no added sugar yogurt. Available in two flavors, banana & cinnamon and peach & mango, the yogurts boast 10 grams of protein and only 5 grams of natural sugar per serving, resulting in a flavor profile that highlights the natural sweetness of mixed-in fruit.
“We have always been at the forefront of reducing sugar in yogurt, and we are constantly pushing ourselves to use even less sugar while still making delicious yogurt with no strange additives,” says Siggi Hilmarsson, founder of siggi’s. “Our hope in launching this no added sugar line of skyr is to provide everyone with a tasty new yogurt that takes one step further in sugar reduction. We’re excited about it and hope our fans are too.”
siggi’s yogurts are free of artificial preservatives, sweeteners, flavors, and colors. The no sugar added skyr is available for a suggested retail price of $1.69.
Mug-baked cake in a minute
Satisfy your sweet tooth quickly and deliciously with Instant Indulgence, a new line of microwave mug cake mixes from Cherryvale Farms. Available in three flavors—Rich Chocolate Brownie, Salted Caramel Chocolate Cake, and Birthday Cake—the quick-bake cakes are made by mixing water with a packet of baking mix in a mug and microwaving for just over a minute. As with all Cherryvale Farms products, the mixes are 100% plant-based, egg-free, dairy-free, nut-free, and free from preservatives and artificial colors and flavors.

Dry seasoned loin filets
Hormel Foods recently extended its Always Tender line of products to launch Dry Seasoned Loin Filets, available in three distinct flavors: Greek Inspired, which features onion, oregano, and thyme seasoning; Herb, which is dry-rubbed with a mix of rosemary, thyme, and basil; and Sun-Dried Tomato, seasoned with sun-dried tomato, basil, and oregano.
“Our dry seasoned loin filets are a perfect way to enrich the already flavorful and juicy cuts of meat,” says Megan Elliott, brand manager at Hormel Foods. “Providing a delicious, simple, and easy-to-make dry seasoned loin to complement our existing Hormel Always Tender products is something our consumers have been asking for, and we are happy to deliver.”
