Koushik Adhikari, Ph.D.Recipient of IFT scholarships in 2000 and 2001

As a college intern, Koushik Adhikari worked at a dairy processing facility with a production capacity of 25,000 gallons of milk per day! He discovered IFT scholarships while attending the University of Missouri-Columbia as a doctoral student. He spent his first year in the industry working as a management trainee at Alfa Laval in Pune, India.
