Cactus IFT Dinner, Truffles & Wine!
Mary Josephs, expert chocolatier of Chocolates by M. Josephs, and Stephan Granzow, manager of Arizona Quintessential Wines will be teaching us all about the process of chocolate and truffle making and how to pair wine with a variety of foods and desserts. Not only will you have a chance to learn as you dine, but you’ll also have network with the great people who make up our Cactus IFT group membership!
