Whole Grains products Short Course
This course combines lectures and intensive hands-on workshops to provide the participants with a comprehensive and practical understanding of whole grain product development. Products included in the workshops are bread, hamburger bun, flat breads, flour tortillas, cookies, Asian noodles, and Artisan breads, etc. Mr. Bob Waterman, a veteran baker with over 40 years of industrial bakery experience will assist in the course.
