    IRTA (Institute of Agriculture and Food Research and Technology, www.irta.es) is a Spanish public company with a long experience in technological transfer to the meat companies. This year we run the 1st International Course in Dry Cured Meat Products which will be held at our centre in Monells (Girona, Spain) from 10th to 14th June, 2013.
