With more than 10 years in nutrition therapy and consulting, Popp now serves as International Food Products’ nutritionist, focusing on beverage and foods. She also works as a registered dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
Popp is a licensed dietitian in the state of Missouri and holds a master’s degree in public health from Saint Louis University, and both a Bachelor of Science degree in dietetics and Bachelor of Arts degree in anthropology from Western Michigan University.
