2013 Nonthermal Food Processing Workshop
The 2013 Nonthermal Food Processing Workshop will be held for the first time in Latin America. It will focus on innovative processes of great interest for both the industries and the academia. The event will gather some of the most recognized experts worldwide to communicate the recent scientific and technological advances in the field. The 2013 Workshop is supported by the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) and the European Federation of Food Science and Technology (EFFoST).
