Water Quality and Food Safety Symposium
This symposium will provide a forum for exchange of knowledge and developments among government, academia and the food industry on how water quality throughout the agrifood production chain impacts food safety and public health. Based on prior successful programs we expect up to 200 highly motivated registrants for this event. Sessions will include key speakers covering four major areas of concern: Public Health and Potable Water; Water Use in Agriculture; Water Use During Food Processing, and Water Reclamation and Reuse. Speakers will highlight issues of concern to produce, meat and poultry, dairy and beverages.
