Ohio Valley Institute of Food Technologists (OVIFT) would like to cordially invite you to attend the OVIFT Section Suppliers’ Expo on Thursday, April 27, 2017, at the Savannah Center – located just north of Cincinnati.
We are excited to announce that the 2017 Expo will open with two guest speakers!
1:00pm – 1:30pm: “Cocoa Sustainability” - Amy Heitkamp, Sales Manager of Corporate Accounts from Barry Callebaut.
1:30pm – 2:00pm: “Market & Consumer Trends” - Dr. Ben Chapman, Professor and Food Safety Extension Specialist at North Carolina State University.
The exhibit will run from 2:00pm to 5:00pm.
