CFS Preparatory Course

This course will include 2 days of face-to-face instruction. In addition, participants will have access to an online community and to practice exams that will include practice questions covering all content areas found on the CFS exam.

Principles of Food Microbiology

November 19-20, 2014
Chicago, IL USA

IFT has partnered with Silliker Inc. on this two-day Short Course, designed to provide participants with a thorough understanding of the basic factors that influence microbial growth and survival in the food processing environment.  Registration includes a course manual with copies of presentation slides, continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, lunches, a reception at the end of the first day, and certificate of course completion.
