IFT Short Courses IFT organizes, co-sponsors and hosts short courses in its effort to provide the food community an opportunity to learn and exchange ideas.

Spring Short Courses

Stay tuned for information about upcoming Short Courses in spring 2016. A sensory evaluation course will be held in Chicago, IL, in late February, followed by three courses to be held on the East Coast in late March/early April. Each Short Course will give you practical, in-depth knowledge within a particular food science and technology topic.

Pre-event Short Courses

Plan to register for a pre-event Short Course and get in-depth, practical education for only a modest investment of your time. IFT will once again offer multiple courses prior to IFT16, each taught by experts in their field.
