Advanced HACCP–Validation and Verification Short Course

IFT has partnered with SGS North America, Inc. on this 2-day Short Course, designed to provide comprehensive training on the steps to validate and verify the HACCP system and GFSI-recognized FSMS. Training is based on Codex Alimentarius HACCP Guidelines and the major Global Food Safety Management System (GFSI) Recognized FSMS audit schemes.
