Wellness 12 was once again a resounding success. On March 28, the doors opened to more than 280 professionals involved in developing, producing, and bringing healthy foods to market. The event garnered the latest advances in the healthful foods arena, and fueled discussion between industry professionals on applying these advances to their product development initiatives.
Divided into Consumer Lifestyles & Demographics, Health Issues, and Weight Management tracks, the event offered professionals direction, at the most applicable level, on connecting with and delivering to today’s health-focused consumers.
More than twenty sessions offered tried-and-true approaches and research that helped attendees walk away with the tools and knowledge to meet marketplace expectations, provide added functionality to consumers, market effectively and ethically, and adhere to policy relating to health claims, labeling, and other factors.
