Wellness 11 Recap

Nearly 300 product developers, brand managers, dieticians, and others involved in the development and marketing of foods that contribute to health and wellness attended Wellness 11, held March 23-24, 2011, at the InterContinental Chicago O’Hare. Attendees were clearly impressed with the event with 94% expressing satisfaction with the overall quality of the presentations.

Louisiana State University was crowned the winner of the inaugural Heart-Healthy Product Development Competition sponsored by CanolaInfo.
