IFT Named One of Chicago’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For

CHICAGO – For the third year in a row, the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) was recognized as one of Chicago’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For by the National Association for Business ResourcesOnly companies that distinguish themselves as having the most innovative and thoughtful human resources approach can be bestowed this honor.

As part of the application process, o
rganizations are assessed by an independent research firm based on categories such as communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, retention and more.
