The October 2008 WNYIFT meeting is scheduled for
Oct. 22 starting at 4:00 PM at
Knapp Winery. Our
Speaker, Mr. Steve DiFrancesco, will provide an overview of the Vineyard
program at Knapp as well as winemaking and distillation processes, and will host

WNYIFT is pleased to congratulate the student
members for the outstanding performance at the last national IFT meeting in New
Orleans. Besides the numerous prizes awarded in the Research Paper
Competitions, Cornell University was a finalist in the College Bowl and the
Product Development competitions. WNYIFT is proud to be one of the
sponsors of the Cornell University team. Here are a couple of photos taken
