|The Cornell Institute for Food System (CIFS) will host a
Global Food Summit on Monday, December 8 at Stocking Hall on the Cornell
The event is designed as a partnership between the public
and private sectors to enhance global food systems.
The speaker line-up includes Jeff Boutelle (Beech-Nut), Bill Strassburg (Wegmans Food Markets), Nicola Twilley (Edible Geography), and Gregory Yep (PepsiCo). Global Food Summit speakers from Cornell University include Kathryn Boor, Elizabeth Bihn, Susan Brown, Robert Gravani, Xingen Lei, Hod Lipson, Rui Hai Liu, Michael Mazourek, Dennis Miller, Olga Padilla-Zakour, Prabhu Pingali, Brian Wansink and Martin Wiedmann.
The cost to attend the Global Food Summit is $595.
