Winter, Ph.D., the Elvis of E.coli, as he presents his "Stayin'Alive" musical approach to food safety. The event will be held at The Manhattan Steakhouse & Bar, 1731 West Bullard Avenue, Fresno, CA  93711 at 5:30 PM on Thursday, May 13. Dinner is $45.00 per person and you may choose between New York Roquefort Black Angus Steak; Pacific Salmon; Chicken Wellington; or Tournedos Monterey.
