A Central California Food Processor has just completed installing a high
quality state of the art facility which requires the assistance of Sanitation
Personnel who have either training or education with food processing.  This
facility is located in Madera California with easy access to Highway 99.
This position is with a well established family owned, vertically
integrated business.  The starting position begins with all the basics and has
advancement potentials. The basics begin with the disassembling and sanitation
of stainless steel parts and equipment within the processing facility, as well
as the use of food grade cleaning products.  The candidate must be detailed
oriented and physically and mentally capable of light and medium heavy work.
The company is searching for capable personnel who are interested in a career

The position serves on the Food Safety and Sanitation Program's Management Team as the Statewide Seafood Program Manager and ensures that seafood processed in Alaska meets State, Federal and International food safety requirements. The Seafood Program Manager supervises professional staff in Anchorage and field offices and coordinates program seafood activities with the U.S Food and Drug Administration and U.S. Department of Commerce and is the program's primary point of contact with the seafood industry. The position serves as the program's seafood subject matter expert and is responsible for developing seafood program policy, guidelines and regulations. The position requires occasional travel to remote areas of Alaska.
