HINTS FOR MAKING THE JOB EASIER
1. Prepare program early in the term (summer) so there is adequate publicity.
2. Coordinate with Subsections so there is minimal overlap of meetings.
3. Initiate work early in the term with the IFT Field Services group to obtain Scientific Lecturers and the appropriate materials to publicize the programs. There are deadlines for requesting Scientific Lecturers.
4. Keep the Web Master and Hornblower
Editor informed of any changes in programs. They are the keys to publicizing
programs to the NCIFT membership.
