HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS  

If you are coming in from out of town and plan to stay over, NYIFT has reserved a very limited block of rooms for Monday, April 16 and Tuesday, April 17 at The Doubletree Hotel and the Holiday Inn Somerset. Details for each are as follows:

 

Doubletree Hotel: $129/night, plus applicable taxes. To get this rate, you must call the Doubletree Hotel at (732) 469-2600 and ask for Reservations. Please give them the Group Code NY1 to receive this rate.

MAKE PLANS TO ATTEND THE FOURTH ANNUAL

NY & CNJ IFT GOLF OUTING

If you’re not in the mood to swing,

join us for a Buffet Dinner

 

Grab your clubs and join your fellow colleagues for the NY and CNJIFT Fourth Annual Golf Scramble Outing on Monday, May 14, 2012 at Cranbury Golf Club in West Windsor, NJ. Registration will begin at 11:30 a.m. with a shotgun start at 1:00 p.m. You do not need to be a great golf player, since play will be in captain’s choice scramble format. In a scramble, each player tees off on each hole. The best of the tee shots is selected and all players play their second shot from that spot. The best of the second shots is determined, then all play their third shots from that spot, and so on until the ball is holed. A Buffet Dinner will follow the fun on the links at approximately 6:00 p.m. in the clubhouse.

 

Fees are $600 for a foursome or $150 per individual golfer. This includes green fees, golf cart, golf competition prizes and buffet dinner. You can sign up as a single and we’ll be sure to include you in a foursome.  Strict golf attire is required to play which includes shirts with collar and soft spikes. No jeans are permitted. Dinner Only tickets are available at $50 per person or $400 for a table of eight (8). 

 

Sponsorship opportunities are available. Sponsorship provides you with company name recognition via display signage and sponsors will be recognized in the newsletters as well as on the website year round!

We are also seeking welcome bag donations. Donate 75 items with your logo on it and they will be placed in the welcome bags.
