Promoting interest in food science and technology, and encouraging
the discussion of and disseminating technical information relating
to the production, processing, packaging, distribution, preparation,
evaluation and utilization of food.
IFT accepts and adopts the concept of

STEP ONE:
Are you a supplier of goods or services to the food industry? Are you
considering having an exhibit at the OSIFT Food Ingredient Xpo*? If so,
please read the Invitation
to
Suppliers from the OSIFT FIX* Chair.
Just submit your registration form (above) and pay using our online checkout. During the checkout process, please include your company name, company address, and names of attendees when reviewing your payment.
NOTE: Late registration is now in effect. Please note the price increase.
STEP THREE: Read and understand the
OSIFT Rules and Regulations regarding your
exhibit at the Oregon Section Food Ingredient eXpo*.
STEP FOUR: Make your hotel reservations. Exhibitors
and guests of the Oregon Section IFT
Food Ingredient eXpo* are eligible to receive discounted room rates at the
DoubleTree Lloyd Center.
STEP FIVE: Show materials must ship to arrive no earlier that Friday, February
24, 2012. No floor displays, please.
OSIFT Rules and Regulations.
To ensure that your show materials get to their correct
destination,
please
print the
carton label and affix it to two sides of your package.
If your materials require special handling (e.g. refrigerator or freezer
storage), please contact Megan Haupt, DoubleTree Convention Services

HOW
TO GET THERE:
FROM PORTLAND
INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: Follow Airport Way to I-205 South.
Then take I-84 West, go approximately 5 miles to exit 1 Lloyd Blvd. Go to
the second light off of the exit and take a right. Go 1˝ blocks, Lloyd
Center is on the left.
FROM THE NORTH (on I-5):
Take Rose Quarter-City Center exit 302A. Take a left at the second light
(Weidler). Go to 9th Avenue and take a right. Go to the second light and
the hotel is on the left.
FROM THE SOUTH (on I-5): Take Rose Quarter-City Center exit 302A. At the first light, take a
right on Weidler. Go to 9th Avenue and take a right. Go to the second
light and the hotel is on the left.
