|
Helping food science professionals
advance their knowledge and build successful careers has been the focus of the
Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) since 1939. Whether you're starting out as
a student or looking for ways to enhance your career, IFT works to serve your
unique needs. |

|
Member
|
|
A person active in any aspect of the food industry and who evidences
interest in supporting the objectives of the Institute. Annual dues are $199,
and you will also become a member of the Oregon
Section.

|
Professional Member
|
|
A person who meets IFT's
education, training, or experience requirements. Annual dues are $199, and you
will also become a member of the Oregon
Section.

|
Student Member
|
|
A full-time student working toward an Associate or higher degree in food
science/technology or a related field. All Student Member applications must be
endorsed by a faculty member. |
|
|
|
Student Membership dues are $50 per year and include a subscription to either
Food Technology or the Online Journal of Food Science. Student Members can elect
to receive both publications online at the discounted rate of $25.

Emeritus Member
|
|
Any Member or Professional Member who has retired from professional life in
a remunerative capacity and has been a member of the Institute for at least
twenty (20) years. Annual
dues are $25 for Emeritus Members. |
